Our Story
Established in 2017, the company began as a small wholesaler and food processing plant specializing exclusively in siomai products. With the CEO's passion, unwavering dedication, and continuous research, the business expanded its offerings to include a wider range of dim sum products and frozen goods. This expansion helped build a loyal customer base and paved the way for the introduction of catering services.
In early 2020, the company opened a 30-seater restaurant in Davao City's Matina Town Square (MTS). Today, MALC Foods has grown into the exclusive manufacturing partner for several well-known restaurant chains across the country and serves as a commissary for various restaurants, cafes, and bars.
In 2023, the company transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, shifting focus primarily to B2B clients. Within six months, it successfully launched eight franchise branches across Davao City and nearby provinces — a significant milestone in its growth journey.
